That is a situation that can be described when a Ferris wheel (Ferris wheel) suddenly fails to function properly due to overcrowding. The incident happened at a carnival in Sakon Nakhon, Thailand last Sunday night. Based on amateur video footage, the 12 meter high toy is difficult to make rounds and it is very dangerous especially for passengers.
