That is a situation that can be described when a Ferris wheel (Ferris wheel) suddenly fails to function properly due to overcrowding.
The incident happened at a carnival in Sakon Nakhon, Thailand last Sunday night.
Based on amateur video footage, the 12 meter high toy is difficult to make rounds and it is very dangerous especially for passengers.
After realizing the incident, the toy operator also looked panicked and tried to stop the wheel using an iron rod.
In the same video, the operator also climbed on the wheel to control his movements besides trying to use his energy to stop the toy.
The operator finally managed to stop the movement of the Ferris wheel and blamed the storm and heavy rain as the cause of the disruption to the device cable.
However, no injuries were reported involving the carnival visitors or Ferris wheelers.
