TENNESSEE: Terrible!
A man dares to bite and boil his own parents just because they refuse to support his life anymore.
Joel Guy Jr, 32, who lives with his biological parents Joel Guy Sr, 61, and Lisa Guy, 55, acted in this way because he wanted to claim $ 500,000 in insurance compensation
The accused, who is on trial in court, is alleged to have planned the murder of his mother and father in detail after both of them were no longer able to support themselves after retirement.
In court testimony, Joel was accused of writing his disgusting plan in a detailed notebook to hide the evidence.
“Kill in the kitchen with bleach? Or chop and pump the corpse pieces in the toilet.
"There is no need to dispose of the body and there is no evidence ...," Joel wrote in the notebook.
The notebook was found in Joel's bag in the room he occupied on Thanksgiving Day, prosecutors said.
In fact, the note in the book also states that Joel planned to kill his father first before attacking his mother after the victim returned from shopping.
In a separate page, Joel also listed the assets owned by his parents including the life insurance policy amounting to $ 500,000 which would be obtained if both of his parents died.
"That $ 500,000 will be mine.
"With their deaths, I will get everything," he wrote in the notebook which was an important evidence in the investigation of the case.
Prosecutors say Joel stabbed his father 40 times while his mother was out shopping for household items.
When his mother returned, Joel reportedly stabbed his mother 30 times.
The bruises on the photos taken at the scene showed that the two victims were also beaten several times before their bodies were dismembered.
Joel then boiled the body parts of his parents on the stove in addition to soaking the victim's body pieces into acid.
The accused also kept the victim's body in a blue plastic bin.
Joel was found guilty of three counts of manslaughter in Tennessee Court.
The judge, however, will decide whether Joel will serve two consecutive sentences next month.
