The hope of the famous singer, John Legend to have a son was not achieved after his wife, Chrissy Teigen, 34, suffered bleeding causing miscarriage.
Their son was pronounced dead after a few days of Teigen receiving hospital treatment due to complications.
More sadly, the sad news was shared by Teigen via a tweet on his Twitter account on Wednesday.
Teigen said they agreed to name his son Jack and dreamed of recording those beautiful memories through John's latest single music video, Wild.
"We still haven't decided on our baby's name and want to wait for him to be born first, but at the last minute we started calling the unborn child Jack.
"Jack is very strong to fight the pain for the sake of being part of our small family and of course Jack will always be there for us forever," he said in a statement.
Teigen in the kiss also left a monologue for their baby who did not have time to see the world.
"I regret when the earliest moments of your life are so many complications, and we can not provide the best space for you to survive. We will always love you," he said in the caption of his picture.
Teigen also thanked all the parties who always gave encouragement, prayers and positive words for them and their family.
Teigen and John got married in 2013 and were blessed with two children, Luna, 4 and Miles, 2.
