DUCHESS of Sussex Meghan Markle revealed she is the most frequently ‘mocked’ individual in the world of the year.
Prince Harry's wife revealed her bitter experience of being a victim of internet abuse in conjunction with World Mental Health Day yesterday.
"About eight months, although I was not visible and maternity leave but what appeared online could not be described until I thought how it felt," Meghan said.
Even more shocking was when he admitted that his mental health was affected when faced with such a painful situation.
"I don't care if you are 15 years old or 25 years old, if people say the wrong thing about you, your mental and emotional health is indirectly affected," he said.
At the same time, Meghan said, the situation became an issue for many during the COVID-19 blockade.
"If you are not in school of course you will use a lot of technological devices and spend time online.
"We all know when feelings hurt, we also know how it feels to be isolated," he added.

Nanyang Technological University (NTU) student Tjon was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics after divers from the Singapore Civil Defence Force, responding to a call at 8.50am, found his body about 2m from the shore.
